Parental/Guardian Consent

We, the undersigned, certify that we are the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the participant.

Medical Treatment Authorization

We hereby grant permission for the staff of the Girona FC Camps to seek appropriate medical attention for the participant in the event of an accident, injury, or illness. We also authorize medical treatment to be administered as necessary.

Athletic Release & Assumption of Risk

We acknowledge that the participant is physically fit and capable of participating in soccer camp activities. We understand that playing or practicing soccer involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, weather conditions (such as heat or humidity), and the state of the training grounds.

By signing this waiver, we voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and, on behalf of ourselves and our heirs, executors, and administrators, we waive, release, and forever discharge Iberia Sports Camps S.L.U., Girona FC Camps staff, officers, agents, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during camp activities, whether or not caused by negligence.

We also acknowledge that no refunds will be issued due to injuries occurring during the camp.

Use of Media for Promotional Purposes

We grant Iberia Sports Camps S.L.U. permission to use photos and videos of the participant for promotional purposes related to future events organized by the company.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

While camp fees are non-refundable, the total amount paid is secured. The registration value may be credited toward a future camp or transferred to another participant (valid until December 31, 2025).

Camps may be subject to changes or cancellation at any time due to insufficient registration or other reasons. If the camp is canceled by our staff, participants may choose to receive a full refund within 30 days or transfer their registration to another camp, subject to availability. No refunds will be issued if a camp already in progress is interrupted or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control.

If the camp location or schedule changes with less than 10 days’ notice, participants may request a refund. However, if the change is due to external factors beyond our control, the new location will be within a 15-mile radius of the original site.

Force Majeure

If Iberia Sports Camps S.L.U. is unable to fulfill its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, terrorism, pandemics, labor strikes, or extreme weather conditions, no refunds will be provided for services affected by such events.
